英國GRIMM格林進口潛水回流泵概述： 

          進口潛水回流泵是在引進英國格林潛水攪拌機生產技術基礎上開發的新型產品，該泵為二級污水處理廠混合液回流、反硝化脫氮的專用設備，亦可以用于地面排水時抽凈化水；灌溉和控制水道系統；廢水處理過程中再循環或泥漿抽吸回路中需要微揚程、大流量場所。

進口潛水回流泵采用導桿自動結合就位固定方式，滑行導桿支架作為水泵整體的部件之一，水泵的全部重量以及泵送時產生的推力全部作用在對接出口管路法蘭上。水泵、附件和電纜在正常水深的工況下，能長期連續工作而無滲漏現象。

⑴葉輪：
葉輪應采用不銹鋼制造，且作動平衡試驗。葉輪與軸之間裝有鎖定裝置，用于防止運轉時松動，葉片設計為三片式，具有自清、免振功能，為水力平衡的無堵塞、不纏繞的拽后設計。
⑵導流筒：
為維持水力效率和減少能量消耗，在回流泵葉輪外周設置導流筒外，并控制葉輪外周與導流筒的間隙。
⑶軸與軸承：
回流泵和電機的軸是連續無間斷的軸。軸能承受漿式葉輪旋轉時產生的所有軸向和徑向載荷。葉輪的軸完全與泵送的介質隔離。
回流泵電機軸在永久潤滑的兩個軸承上轉動，內軸承為單列深溝球滾珠軸承，主軸承為一個球面滾珠軸承、其中內軸承滾珠軸承用于承擔徑向力，用于承擔所有軸向力的軸承由主軸承組成。
⑷泵軸的密封：

葉輪輪毅與軸承之間設置二道密封，隔砂隔污以延長內圈機械密封的壽命并起到保護作用。
葉輪軸端的密封作為插入式的靜/動環雙重機械密封。密封在一個通過水力作用對重疊密封面以恒定速度進行潤滑的油室中運行。內外機械密封均為產品，以防止外界液體進入油室。內外機械密封都是各自獨立運行的。

⑸冷卻系統：
